The leading organisation for agricultural marketing planned to implement a quality management system, according to ISO 9001 in order to optimise its services. The quality management system was first introduced in one division in order to extend it over the whole organisation later. In order to best analyse the internal business processes existing documentation was examined and workshops were carried out.
In a next step required documents such as the QM-Manual, directions for procedure and form sheets were developed. In addition we assisted with optimising processes within the company. With an internal audit we prepared this organisation successfully for a later certification.
